Initiate Your Request
Log into your Nano Komputer account and select the 'Order History' tab to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific components.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and manufacturer box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.
Technical Inspection & Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for serial number verification and condition; once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
